ABOUT
Lahaina's historic banyan tree gives us hope and strength.
Spanning 1.94 acres and rising more than 60 feet in the air, Lahaina’s 150-year-old Banyan stands tall amid the destruction of the recent wildfires. According to local assessments, we have hope that although damaged, our beloved tree will survive. Just like our island community.
